Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of being ordered. During a busy season however this may not be possible. We will will be in touch with you and let you know when it is likely we can ship the item (most likely within 3 working days).
All orders will be sent out using a tracked or recorded service which require a signature upon receipt. Within the UK, you can choose either ‘Signed For 2nd Class’ or ‘Special Delivery’ by Royal Mail. For international customers, all orders will be sent with ‘International Tracked and Signed for’ by Royal Mail. Any customs import duty or local taxes that are obtained by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.

We hope you are happy with your purchases from us but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days.
Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the item for it’s value.
